Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about working with GreenBridge.
How long does an assessment take?
Most assessments are completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the tier and scope. Basic assessments typically take 2 weeks, while Advanced assessments may take 4 weeks due to additional stakeholder interviews and deeper analysis.
What does GreenBridge need access to?
We request limited, read-only access to the tools and workflows being assessed. This typically includes software dashboards, document repositories, and workflow configurations. We follow strict data handling practices and do not store sensitive business data beyond what is necessary for the assessment.
Do you replace our IT provider?
No. GreenBridge focuses on workflow optimization, AI enablement, and operational efficiency—not IT infrastructure, hardware support, or help desk services. We often work alongside existing IT providers and can coordinate with them on implementation projects.
Do you build custom software?
GreenBridge specializes in configuring and connecting existing business tools (CRMs, productivity suites, automation platforms) rather than building custom software from scratch. Depending on project scope and capability, we can also deliver agentic or generative AI workflow builds. For complex custom development needs beyond our scope, we can help scope requirements and recommend development partners.
How do you handle sensitive business data?
We follow strict data handling practices. Assessment work is conducted under NDA, we use secure tools for collaboration, and we do not retain sensitive business data beyond the engagement period. Our focus is on workflow patterns and process improvements, not storing your proprietary information.
Will AI replace employees?
Our approach is augmentation, not replacement. AI tools help employees work faster, reduce repetitive tasks, and focus on higher-value work. We recommend AI solutions that enhance human decision-making and keep humans in review loops for quality and accountability.
What tools do you work with?
We work across the most common small business platforms: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion), automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate), and industry-specific software. We are vendor-neutral and recommend tools based on fit, not vendor relationships.
What happens after the assessment?
You receive a comprehensive report with prioritized recommendations and a 60-90 day roadmap. You can implement the recommendations with your internal team, engage GreenBridge for implementation support, or a combination of both. The assessment is designed to be actionable regardless of who implements it.
Safe, Practical AI Adoption
GreenBridge helps small businesses use AI where it creates real value without creating unnecessary risk. That means defining approved use cases, protecting sensitive data, keeping humans in review loops, and documenting how AI-supported workflows should be used by the team.
Why GreenBridge Instead of DIY or a Large Consultant?
GreenBridge sits between DIY tool setup and enterprise consulting.
| GreenBridge | DIY / Self-Setup | Large Consultant | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | SMB-friendly pricing | Low upfront, high time cost | Enterprise pricing |
| Workflow mapping | Included | None | Included but generic |
| Implementation help | Hands-on | None | Outsourced or extra cost |
| SMB fit | Built for 10-150 employees | Variable | Often oversized |
| Vendor neutrality | Yes | You choose | Often tied to vendors |
| Ongoing enablement | Available | None | Premium add-on |
You get structured workflow analysis, practical implementation help, and local SMB-friendly guidance without paying for an oversized consulting model or being pushed into a specific vendor platform.
