Frequently Asked Questions

AI & security, in plain English.

The questions Dallas business owners ask us most. Tap any question to expand.

AI & agents

What is an AI agent?

Software that can take steps on your behalf, like reading a form, drafting a reply, or updating a record. We set clear limits on what it may do, what it may only draft for a person to approve, and what it must escalate.

Do we need to buy new software?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already pay for, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your CRM, or ChatGPT Business, and only recommend something new when it clearly earns its place.

Will AI replace my staff?

Our goal is to take repetitive work off your team's plate so they can focus on customers and judgment calls. People stay in charge of anything that matters.

What if we already have agents or automations running?

We can audit them: what they do, what they cost, what data they reach, and whether they're delivering. You get a clear list of what to keep, fix, or retire.

Data & security

Will AI share our confidential data?

We help you choose approved tools with appropriate data settings, set simple rules for what can be shared, and train your team so sensitive information stays where it belongs.

Why do you look at MFA and account access?

AI tools inherit the access of the accounts they connect to. If sign-ins are weak or files are over-shared, AI can amplify that exposure. We fix the basics first.

Are you a managed security provider?

No. We put practical safeguards in place as part of AI readiness. We don't provide continuous monitoring, incident response, penetration testing, or compliance certification, and we'll refer you to a qualified specialist when needed.

Can you help with HIPAA or other compliance requirements?

We design workflows with your compliance obligations in mind and keep AI away from data it shouldn't touch, but we don't provide legal advice or certification. Your compliance advisor stays in the loop.

What we don't do

GreenBridge Tech provides practical safeguards and secure workflow design. We are not a managed security provider and do not provide continuous monitoring, incident response, penetration testing, legal advice, or compliance certification. We refer to qualified specialists when needed.
